Eligibility for Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns and refunds are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong item, or
  • The item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, including its original packaging.

Requests for return or refund must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Gift cards or vouchers
  • Opened or consumed food or beverage products
  • Items purchased on sale or with promotional discounts

Return & Refund Process

If you received a wrong or damaged item, please contact us at hqkopihainan2020@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item received
  • A short description of the issue

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item (if applicable).

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment (via ToyyibPay or other payment service used).
Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
For other eligible cases, you will be responsible for your own shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only available for the same item if it was received damaged or defective.
